The Salentinian tradition is \u201cregenerated\u201d through technology, making it into a \u201cpop discourse\u201d that doesn\u2019t tamper with its essence but glorifies it.  Frames directly recount the Arno farmers\u2019 revolt, the women\u2019s moods. It is a contemporary narration, even urban, that makes Kal\u00e0scima<\/strong>\u2019s music a sort of urban neofolk genre where memories of a farmer civilization, by now overwhelmed by contemporary aesthetics, talk to the daily sounds that surround us. Psychedelic Trance Tarantella <\/em><\/strong>is the future Salentinian popular music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
