On the 16th of October 2020 Forever<\/em><\/strong>, the first solo project by Francesco Bianconi <\/strong>was released for BMG and Ponderosa Music & Art.<\/strong> It is a pure and minimalist effort for which the songwriter decided to put himself out there, stripping himself of superfluous elements to focus only on the songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forever <\/em><\/strong>is composed of ten original songs with few arrangements and was born from the idea of using the voice as the only percussive element, but is accompanied by a string quartet, the Quartetto Balanescu ensemble<\/strong>, and two pianists Michele Fedrigotti<\/strong> and Thomas Bartlett<\/strong>, that alternated in the execution of the tracks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the artist himself said: \u00ab<\/em>After two pop and maximalist projects with Baustelle, I wanted to go back to something purer and minimalist. […] focusing on purity and on the songs more than on the other elements dictated by the current trends, age, or culture\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, in his work Bianconi <\/strong>strongly wanted international guests with whom he had the pleasure to collaborate on both the writing and the performing of the tracks: Rufus<\/strong> Wainwright, Eleanor Friedberger, Kazu Makino<\/strong>, and Hindi Zahra.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forever\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is a universal album, probably timeless, where the only things that really matter are the songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
