Davide Boosta Dileo<\/strong>, born in Turin in 1974, is a versatile artist with a career lasting more than twenty years. Keyboardist and co-founder of Italian band Subsonica<\/strong>, Davide<\/strong> is also a composer, DJ, author, and radio-television host.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Davide<\/strong> contributed to each and every success of Subsonica<\/strong>, a band that he founded in 1996, which published eight studio albums \u2013 eight platinum records, with more than 500.000 copies sold- four live CDs and which has an endless background of concerts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is considered one of the best Italian DJs, using the stage name of Boosta<\/strong> and playing in the most important national and international clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Davide<\/strong> is also known to be a very talented author, among the many songs he wrote there are \u201cNon ti voglio pi\u00f9\u201d and \u201cLa Clessidra\u201d created for Mina and \u201cShine\u201d, written for Malika Ayane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dileo<\/strong> is also a writer: in 2003 he published Un\u2019ora e mezza, <\/em>in 2011 Un buon posto per morire, <\/em>and since 2007 he collaborates with the music magazine La Repubblica XL <\/em>in which he edits the monthly column Piombo.<\/em> In 2010 he became the artistic director of Bookstock<\/em>, the area of the Salone del Libro di Torino dedicated to youngsters and founded the publishing house AAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still, in 2010, Boosta<\/strong> hosted the radio show Coppia aperta <\/em>on Rai Radio 2, while in 2012 he was chosen as the face of the new cultural television channel Sky Arte HD for the daily program Boo(k)sta: Libri in musica, <\/em>in which he explained his books in a new way composing an original soundtrack for each one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015 and 2016, Davide<\/strong> edited the soundtracks for the original Sky tv series 1992<\/em> and 1993<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, in 2016 he released his first solo album: La stanza intelligente, <\/em>published by Sony Music. The album is the perfect reflection of Dileo<\/strong>\u2019s past experiences, both the DJ and the authorial ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest Boosta<\/strong> project was Facile<\/em> (2020), which is a mix of contemporary music together with Davide<\/strong>\u2019s classical pianistic background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
