Francesco Bianconi<\/strong>, born in 1975, frontman of the Italian band Baustelle<\/strong> since 1997, is one of the most appreciated songwriters and authors in the Italian scene, characteristics that emerge both from his important contribution to the band and from his solo experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bianconi <\/strong>participated to all Baustelle<\/strong>\u2019s successes: from their first albums Sussidiario illustrato della giovinezza<\/em> (2000), La moda del vento<\/em> (2003), and the acclaimed Amen<\/em> (2008); passing by the creation of the soundtrack for the film Giulia non esce la sera<\/em> by Giuseppe Piccioni; to the band\u2019s latest successes L\u2019amore e la violenza<\/em> (2017), and L\u2019amore e la violenza \u2013 Vol.2 <\/em>(2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bianconi<\/strong>\u2019s artistic flair and authorial skills were also recognized in pieces that the author wrote for other artists: famous is the song \u201cPiangi Roma<\/strong>\u201d, sung together with actress Valeria Golino and written for the aforementioned film Giulia non esce la sera<\/em> (2009), which won the Silver Ribbon for Best Original Song<\/strong>. Extremely important were also the long-lasting collaborations with Paola Turci, Noemi and Irene Grandi, for whom Bianconi wrote \u201cBruci la citt\u00e0\u201d e \u201cLa cometa di Halley\u201d, presented at the 60th<\/sup> edition of Sanremo Festival<\/em> (2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2001, Bianconi<\/strong> engaged in writing and published his first book Il regno animale <\/em>edited by Mondadori. He then acted in a scene of the film Workers- Pronti a tutto<\/em> by Lorenzo Vignolo alongside Italian actors Francesco Pannofino ad Alessandro Tiberi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the following years, Bianconi<\/strong> continued with the collaborations and wrote several other songs for Chiara Galiazzo and Paola Turci, until he published his second novel La resurrezione della carne, <\/em>edited by Mondadori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017 Biancon<\/strong>i was chosen by Alessandro Michele as a testimonial for Gucci and participated In Alessandro Baricco\u2019s reading of Furore<\/em> by John Steinbeck, which aired on television for the Victims of immigration World Day. He then appeared in Pinocchio!,<\/em> a special concert during the ContempoRarities Festival, <\/em>dedicated to Fiorenzo Carpi\u2019s music in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In July 2019, Bianconi<\/strong> participated in Eneide, un racconto Mediterraneo, <\/em>a theatrical performance conceived by Sergio Manfredi and included in the program of Estate Fiesolana at Teatro Romano in Fiesole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October 2020, Francesco Bianconi released his first solo album: Forever<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em> The record, produced by Ponderosa Music & Art<\/strong>, BMG, and Amedeo Pace (Blonde Redhead), contains ten tracks with the participation of international artists such as Balanescu Quartet, Michele Fedrigotti, Rufus Wainwright, Eleanor Friedbeger, Thomas Bartlett, KAZU, Hindi Zahra, Enrico Gabrielli, Mirko Mariani, and Ivan A. Rossi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waiting for an actual promotional tour to start, Francesco Bianconi<\/strong>, in December 2020, did a touring show: Forever Accade!<\/strong>. The concert, created for and with the public, saw Bianconi<\/strong> performing some of Forever<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s tracks and other artists\u2019 songs, along with the writer and musician Valerio Millefoglie<\/strong>, who in between performances told stories about the place where Forever Accade!<\/strong> was staged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was realized in dual-mode, live and in streaming, and was showed at Teatro Alfieri in Asti, Teatro Rossini (Pesaro), Officina Giovani (Prato) and at Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome. After Forever Accade!, Francesco Bianconi <\/strong>went back in the recording studio to produce Forever in Technicolor<\/em><\/strong>, a double vinyl to be released the 28th May 2021 together with Ponderosa Music & Art<\/strong>, which contains the complete solo repertoire of the artist and some unreleased tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
